Product Detail

The minimalistic Supercar pack (White) contains 10 influential supercars in a standard format with the release year and specs as shown in the second slide. Our design team has assembled a legendary line of supercars that have all revolutionized the industry. The texts are clear and crisp, with the specs from the year on which they were released. All these designs could be yours in either ivory (matte) or glossy finish. The sizes for all the 10 posters will be the same; according to what you have selected. They do not have any pre adhesive and more on that, below.

How to paste?

Our paper posters can be directly put on walls using tape or other adhesives. We recommend using normal Cello tape that costs Rs 20 because they are not that strong and they do not peck paints off the walls. We include the tape for orders more than Rs 1000 (excluding delivery). Please cut the tape into 3 inch pieces, and joining the top and bottom part to form a circle. Place 9 such pieces into the back side of the poster first, and slowly align the poster against the wall before firmly pressing it on all sides to ensure that it sticks properly.

About the Paper used for Printing

Ivory papers are used by artists for drawing purposes. They are good absorbents, so the ink seeps inside and sits below the surface as supposed to on the surface like on other papers. The outermost layer acts like a protective lining to the ink, ensuring a coating around the ink that adds to it’s durability and reducing the light reflected; increasing visibility.  This gives our ivory posters a very unique “matte” finish. The ink being one layer below the surface has other benefits as well like superior scratch resistance. The ink is well protected as any first hand damage is dealt to the paper, instead of the ink. Papers have better durability thus can hide minor scratches better than what a vulnerable layer of ink is capable of . This also adds more life to the print. When placed in direct sunlight, the life of our ivory posters is 5 years. Minor signs of color fade and wear and tear start appearing after 5 years. Keeping the posters indoors will add 2 years to the life and framing the ivory posters further increases the life by 2-3 years. During the manufacturing process, artboard papers are pressed under greater pressure repeatedly which gives them a relatively smoother and shinier texture. This also means that the paper is more densely layered making it difficult for the ink to seep inside the paper. Thus the ink from our printer sits on the surface of the paper exposed, without any additional coverings, giving artboard prints superior colors and vibrant prints. On top of that, it also gives our artboard posters a “glossy” finish which the poster has been named after. The exposed ink may invite some unwanted scratches so being extra careful and gentle while handling the posters is recommended.  When placed in direct sunlight, the life of our glossy posters is 4 years. Minor signs of color fade and wear and tear start appearing after 4 years. Keeping the posters indoors will add 2 years to the life and framing the glossy posters further increases the life by 2 years. For weight of papers, gsm is a standard measurement, which stands for grams per square meter. GSM measurement is a good guide to quality as a higher value indicates the paper is thicker and heavier. We use 300 gsm artboard papers, which means that for one meter square, the artboard paper will weigh 300 grams. For reference, normal A4 size papers used for document photocopy is around 70-80 GSM.
